RETURN PROCESS & DELAYS
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition.
OliverJWoods.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to email@example.com. For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Items can only be exchanged or refunded which have been purchased through www.oliverjwoods.com. Any items purchased from stockist can only be returned to stockists.
If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the procedure below:
1. Simply email us here and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product.
Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. Package your return item in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. OliverJWoods.com do not offer compensation for the return fee.
3. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.It takes up to fourteen working days to process returns and credit your account.
